Into the vastness of space.
Imaging off a light polluted balcony in downtown Brisbane. The main star is Sigma Aquila. A very simple imaging session using an Olympus EM1-M2 with an Olympus 300mm F4.5 prime lens. The mount was an RTS135E with no guiding. The imaging rig consists of two cameras with the EM1 on the left and an Panasonic GH5S with a Voigtlander 25mm on the right.








Processing workflow
Calibrated in AstroPixel Processor (lights, darks, flats, bias) and saved out as non stretched FIT. Imported to Siril for background extraction and colour calibration and further processing (VeraLux Curves). Most of all, this monkey is happy with the star colours. So many objects out there…
