Update: Modified the radius to 36mm and did a resin reprint. This time the part is a bit too tight on the ASI1600 camera. A radius of 37mm might be the sweet spot when making this part using resin printing. Added some holes, why not?
3D printing with Elegoo ABS like resin. Made two versions of the part, one with a radius of 39mm, the other a radius of 38mm. The 39mm was too loose when placed on the camera so used a rubber band to clamp it in place. Used Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra with Satellite Slicer. Print time was only 30 minutes at 150 microns. Very fast compared to MEX with the X2D. One section lifted from the support structure. Will need to investigate. When handling uncured resin parts, chopsticks are a monkey’s best friend.
